Description
Three-phase reactors for frequency converters are designed for 3×400 V/230 V, 50 Hz systems. They are produced in accor-dance with ČSN EN 61 558-2-20 with insulation class F and a maximum ambient temperature of 40 °C. The reactor series is designed for current and inductance values shown in the table. Where higher inductance is required, reactors may be con-nected in series. Motor (output) reactors are connected between frequency converters and powered motors. These reactors reduce the capacitor current produced when using long motor cables, and prevent converter overloading. At the same time, reactors reduce noise voltage emissions from the converter and line output. This is why the reactor should be placed as close to the converter outlet as possible. If you require a reactor designed to match specific requirements, please specify: current In (A), thermal current Ith (A) or con-tent of upper harmonics (effective value or %), frequency f (Hz), inductance L (mH) or voltage loss on the reactor Ux (V) and effective or peak linearity (saturation current) Isat (A), unless it is equal to the rated thermal current. Additional parameters such as maximum loss can also be specified.
